What is the Mastermind all about? This is a once a year small event we host annually in beautiful Las Vegas. This year in Las Vegas marks our 8th year hosting this special event.

We have attendees that come from all over North America to attend - some for their first time and some for their third, fourth or fifth time!

The Mastermind is an opportunity to put your 'out of office on' and for three days work ON your business (versus 'in' your business.)

In three days you will get your real estate business and marketing plans done for the year ahead, expand your mind with new and fresh ideas, create a ton of content you can go home with, and collaborate with a small group of agents from all over North America.

This year in 2026 we are continuing to keep this group extrememly small. Once we open the doors we will only have spots for 7-8 attendees max. This allows for a ton of personal one-on-one coaching and consulting time with Katie and Paul as well as our featured speakers.

In addtition to the event - ongoing support and community is something we are very excited about. Your event ticket also includes 6-months of follow-up group accountability and coaching with Katie Lance.
